GENERAL RESORT
El hotel Crown Paradise Golden ofrece servicios para huéspedes mayores de 18 años. Nuestro hotel está diseñado para que los visitantes de Puerto Vallarta se diviertan y se relajen con amigos o parejas. Por lo tanto, no hay necesidad de preocuparse por los niños mientras disfruta de excelentes actividades y utiliza instalaciones hechas para adultos.
Estamos ubicados en Bahía de Banderas, la bahía más grande de México, en el municipio de Puerto Vallarta, en el estado de Jalisco. La dirección es: Paseo de las Garzas No. 3, Zona Hotelera Norte. Estamos al lado de la Administración Portuaria Integral (API), donde atracan los cruceros que visitan Puerto Vallarta.
Si llega a Lic. Aeropuerto Internacional Gustavo Díaz Ordaz, le sugerimos tomar un taxi autorizado. La cabina de taxis se encuentra en la zona de reclamo de equipaje. Una vez contrate el taxi, siga la ruta de salida y lo identificará rápidamente por su color blanco. El costo del servicio es de $250 pesos mexicanos en carro para cuatro personas. Y el viaje a su hotel solo toma diez minutos.
También encontrará taxis amarillos que son más económicos, cuestan alrededor de $100 pesos mexicanos en un auto para cuatro personas. Puede encontrarlos justo afuera del aeropuerto en la avenida principal Francisco Medina Ascencio, debajo del puente peatonal.
Si es más aventurero, puedes tomar un autobús de color azul claro. Cuesta $7.50 pesos por persona. La parada de autobús está justo afuera del aeropuerto en la avenida Francisco Medina Ascencio, justo debajo del puente peatonal. Tome cualquier ruta porque se baja en la avenida principal. Debe solicitar que el autobús se detenga una vez que haya pasado el Walmart Mall a su izquierda. En el segundo semáforo (diez metros más adelante), se puede ver la parada de autobús azul en la zona comercial de Soriana Playa de Oro. (Nuestro hotel está justo detrás de este centro comercial).
Si llega a Puerto Vallarta en autobús o en auto, le sugerimos que tome un taxi. Los encontrará a la salida de la estación de autobuses. El costo del servicio ronda los $150 pesos en auto para cuatro pasajeros y llegará a tu hotel en diez minutos.

We’re located among family hotels. Also, the beach is a public area, where families from other places and local residents also come to enjoy togetherness. Therefore, in order to look after the security and integrity of our guests, it’s forbidden to be topless on our property.
El Malecón waterfront is the main attraction and the most popular coastal walk for locals and tourists. The hotel is only 15 minutes away and you can take a bus just a block from the hotel. Please mention that you’re heading to “el centro” on the main Francisco Medina Ascencio avenue. Or you can get a taxi at the hotel for four people max that costs $85 pesos.
Marina Vallarta is the second most popular attraction, where you can find a variety of restaurants and bars for all tastes and budgets, with luxury boats as a backdrop. You can take a taxi from your hotel for four people that costs $85 pesos. Or travel on a local bus to Marina Vallarta costing $7.50 pesos per person.
Most tour boats set sail from the Maritime Terminal and you can reach Door 9 on foot since we’re right beside it.
At Galerías Mall, you’ll find famous department stores, cinemas, casinos and restaurants. It is a ten-minute northbound walk from the hotel.
Peninsula Mall is the favorite point for financial institutions because there are many banks, plus the Canadian consulate and one of the most famous coffee shops in the world as well as nightclubs. It is a 15-minute southbound walk from the hotel. You’ll actually find it before reaching La Isla Mall.
La Isla Mall is the ultimate place in Puerto Vallarta with exclusive brand stores, bars and remarkable restaurants plus VIP cinemas. It’s a 15-minute southbound walk from the hotel.

The Crown Paradise Hotel has suites with two rooms. However, it’s important to book it as a request during the reservation process and then make a payment as an upgrade upon arrival with our reception staff.
We have many payment methods that include cash. Please contact our call center at 1844 851 9843 so we can offer you the bank information you’ll need to make a cash deposit.
Another option is to choose monthly payments free of interest and mainly with Afirme, BanBajio, Banca Mifel, Banco Ahorro Famsa, Banorte, IXE, Banjercito, BanRegio, HSBC, Scotiabank, Santander, BBVA Bancomer* and Banamex* once you arrive at the hotel. BEDROOMS
Due to the design and structure of the property, most of the rooms have a garden and / or pool view; However, the view is amazing!
In each room, the minibar is restocked once a day with: two 600 ml bottles of water, two cans of Heineken beer, one regular cola, one light cola, one flavored soda. Plus, every room is equipped with an iron, an ironing board, a hairdryer, shampoo, body cream, soap, a bathing cap, towels for bath, hands and face, a safe with a personalized code, a vanity mirror with magnifying and regular sides, hangers for pants and clothes and an alarm clock.
We also offer amenities at no extra cost that you can request through our operator such as: a coffee maker with service for two cups, a shoe polisher, a sewing kit, a dental kit (toothbrush and paste), a shaving kit, envelopes and letterhead paper.
RESTAURANTS AND BARS
The Crown Paradise Golden Hotel has one buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and two restaurants with special menus for dinner such as: Bellavista, our main restaurant with buffet services, Paradise, Mediterranean specialties, a la carte menu, Salvador’s, International specialties, a la carte menu
One of the benefits of staying at the Crown Paradise Golden is gaining access to all of our facilities (except guest rooms) and services of our family hotel the Crown Paradise Club. So you can also enjoy the delicious dishes that our chefs have for you to enjoy. These scrumptious food items include: Fujiyama, our specialty restaurant with an oriental menu, and Sans Souçis, our specialty French a la carte menu. The family service for dinner is from 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. During the rest of the night, service is just for adults. La Piazza, Italian food specialties with a la carte menu service, is another delectable option. The family service takes place during all business hours.
The hours for Bellavista, buffet restaurant are:
– Breakfast from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
– Lunch from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
– Dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 pm.
The seating times for specialty restaurants are:
6:30 p.m., 7:00 p.m., 8:30 p.m., 9:00 p.m. and 9:45 p.m.
In order to help our colleagues offer you a more personalized service, prior reservations have to be made in the restaurant of your choice at least one day in advance from 3:00 p.m. onward. Please note that you can also call extension. 49 the same day from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. However, your reservation will depend upon availability in the requested restaurant.

Yes, by the pool we have our Snack Toka that opens from midday to 6:00 p.m. You’ll find a great variety of snacks such as hamburgers, salads and desserts. If you are relaxing in the beach area, we invite you to visit The Breeze bar that opens from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. to offer you a continental breakfast. Or you can enjoy a delicious panini, Mexican guacamole or fish ceviche from midday to 5:00 p.m. with a beautiful sea view. At 6:00 p.m., please your palate with a selective and delicious variety of sushi while getting inspired by the sunset with your refreshing drink.
We have three bars in the hotel, ready to offer you a great variety of national and international beverages. Our lobby bar is located in front of the reception area and open from 9:00 a.m. until midnight. The pool bar is located in front of our pool and open from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Lastly, we have the Breeze bar, which is located at the beach with service from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The last bar closes at 1:00 a.m. But you can request the servibar service through Room Service. This only includes mini bar drinks at a cost of $70.00 pesos for the service.
If you would like to eat vegetarian dishes or salads, you can do so in our buffet restaurant, where we also offer sugar and gluten-free bread. If you have a special diet, please advise your waiter so our team of chefs can prepare these special foods for you. We also suggest that you advise our staff at the concierge desk. Then they can help you let the food and beverage department know about your dietary restrictions.
ENTERTAINMENT
The hotel has a hot tub and a semi-Olympic pool for activities.
You’ll be able to enjoy activities such as kayaking, beach volleyball, pool volleyball, stretching classes on the beach, water aerobics and a tennis session on our court, which is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. All of the activities are organized by our entertainment team on a daily basis.
At night, you’ll be able to enjoy theme shows, where our guests get together from 9:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. daily in our Nitro Club theater. You can also have a jam session during our karaoke hour from 10:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. from Wednesday to Saturday in the Nitro Club, too.
Yes, it does. Our Nitro Club is open as a disco from Thursday to Saturday from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. It’s only for adults (18 years of age and over).
Upon arrival at the hotel, our colleagues in the reception area will give you a program called the Crown News. It lists the shows of the week, restaurant opening hours and main hotel attractions. Please keep an eye out for this information on the hotel’s TV screens as well.
SERVICES
If you arrive before check-in time, which is at 3:00 p.m., or if your flight is scheduled to depart after check-out time at noon, you can stay in the connectivity room. It’s set up from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
This area is equipped with toilets, showers, bathroom amenities (towels, soap, shampoo and body cream), a water dispenser, air-conditioning, lockers and a flat-screen cable TV.

Yes, in the Crown Paradise we have a spa called the Acqua Di Mare, where you can book (at an extra cost) different services such as face masks, massages, including hydro massages, and make appointments at the beauty salon.

Our concierges are located next to the reception. They’re the ones who specialize in customer support to ensure an unforgettable experience. Also, they’ll offer assistance with hotel services and local services. Plus, if you require something special such as flowers, a romantic dinner or birthday parties, you can contact our concierges as well. They’ll be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately, we do not have this service. However, there are two MULTIVA ATM machines in the hotel. One of them charges $5.80 USD (tax included) per withdrawal and an additional 10% commission based on the amount withdrawn. This ATM machine only accepts international cards issued outside Mexico. The second ATM machine cashes Mexican pesos (MXM) and charges $34.80 pesos (tax included) for national cards and $75.00 pesos (tax included) for international cards issued outside of Mexico. To check your balance, the commission charge is $11.60 pesos (tax included).

Yes, we offer a day pass in the Crown Paradise Golden from Sunday to Wednesday (subject to availability) at a cost of 1,200 Mexican pesos for adults and $600 Mexican pesos for children from six to 12 years of age. By purchasing this pass, you’ll be able to enjoy our food, both domestic and imported drinks, access to all hotel facilities and a towel card, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
